How do I log in to the Oaksterdam Help Desk?

Oaksterdam's Student Support Help Center is located at oaksterdam.zendesk.com

1. Go to the login page and click on 'Sign In.'
2. Enter your email as your username and enter your password.
3. If you don't have an account, click 'Sign up'.
   
   • If you try to Sign up and it says that your email is already being used, it's because an account is automatically created for you when you enroll; you need to recover your password.
4. To recover your password, click 'Lost my password' and follow the instructions.

NOTE:  Semester students should log in to the Help Center using the same email address as their Student Portal.
