In legal states, you can often find cannabis industry jobs posted on mainstream job search websites alongside non-cannabis industry jobs.  You can use keyword searches like 'Cannabis', 'Cultivation', 'Dispensary', and 'Extraction' to narrow the search to your areas of interest, and filter jobs by location and experience.  These sites make it easy to apply to multiple positions as you can upload your resume and create alerts so you are notified when a new position matching your search is posted.
